Concrete Soakwells
Concrete soakwells act as repositories of rainwater from roof downpipes and floor grates. During a downpour, the soakwell collects the water, which then gradually seeps through the soil to recharge the aquifer. Soakwells come in a variety of sizes. The size of the well required will vary according to the area of the roof being drained, the soil type and local council requirements.
